Cristeros Mexican Lager is brewed in honor of the men and women of Mexico who were willing to become martyrs to protect their Faith, Church, families, livelihoods, land and freedoms from the persecution of the Socialist government through the enforcement of Calles Law. Thousands were killed during the Cristero War between 1926 and 1929 - and in the years following - yet this did not deter their perseverance in fighting for their God-given rights. ¡Viva Cristo Rey!
